Holy Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church exists to share the truth and love of God's saving Word

Calendar

Events at Holy Redeemer:

There are some annual events that we at Holy Redeemer look forward (when Covid-19 doesn’t get in the way). Here is a brief description of each.

Christmas

What better place than to start with the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. Every year we have a candlelight Christmas Eve service at 7 PM and a 10 Am Christmas Day Service. Come and join us celebrate the birth of our Savior!

Lent

During the Lenten Season we offer Wednesday night services at 7 PM to take a closer look at the events that lead to Jesus death. The Last week of Lent we celebrate Maundy Thursday at 7 PM (the giving of the command to love one anther as Jesus loved us and Holy Communion) and Good Friday at 7 PM we celebrate Jesus death as the payment for our sins.

Easter

Jesus did not stay dead, He rose again to life! This is the focal point of our Easter services. We offer a 7:30 AM Son-rise service and a 10 AM Festival Service on Easter Sunday.

Back to Church Sunday

Back to church Sunday is always the third Sunday in September. On this Sunday we encourage all of our members to invite any Friends, Relatives, acquaintances and neighbors, especially those who haven’t been to church in a while, to join us for worship and fellowship. This is also the kick of to our Sunday School and Bible Study fall semester.

Mission Festival Sunday

On mission festival Sunday at Holy Redeemer we give special focus to the calling of all believers to “go and make disciples of all nations.” We try to have a guest preacher or speaker from either our home or world missions.

Welcome Home Sunday

On this Sunday we reach out to our own members we haven’t seen in a while and encourage them to come back to church.
